Complimentary  Newly Wed Immigration Consultation

One of the many benefits of marriage is that a foreign national can receive his or her lawful permanent residence based on marriage to a U.S. citizen.

As a general rule, however, immigration benefits do not occur ìautomatically.î  Rather, if a person wants a benefit from the INS, he or she must submit an application along with required supporting documentation.  Obtaining immigration benefits as a result of a recent marriage is no exception.

Filing the appropriate petition and accompanying documents can be a confusing and difficult process.  The supporting documents required by the INS will vary depending upon the length of oneís marriage, oneís financial status, and other factors. Submitting the appropriate documentation is essential to having the INS approve a petition.

Broyles Kight and Ricafort can help you maneuver through the many steps of obtaining lawful permanent residence based upon your marriage.  Our complimentary initial consultation is just the first step you need to take in order to begin this process.

To take advantage of this offer, call (317) 571-3600 and ask to speak with one of our immigration attorneys to schedule your free consultation.

Or, e-mail us (Jbroyles@bkrlaw.com) with some proposed dates and times and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.  If you choose to e-mail us, please include your contact information so that we may confirm your appointment.
