Joni L. Sedberry has devoted her practice to family law since her admittance to the Indiana Bar in 2005.  Joni completed her undergraduate studies at Indiana University and received her Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso School of Law.  Along with her J.D., Joni received a Child and Family Law Concentration and a Pro Bono Distinction.

Joni utilizes her first hand knowledge as a child whose parents divorced when she was young to assist her clients through the divorce process while keeping the children’s interests at the forefront.  Joni represents clients in all areas of family law, including: divorce; child custody; parenting time; child support; grandparents rights; paternity testing; emancipation; post-decree modifications; and, name changes. Joni strives to assist her clients in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.  Joni’s practice extends beyond Hamilton County to all of central Indiana.

Joni is an of counsel member of Broyles, Kight & Ricafort, P.C.  Prior to joining the firm, Joni gained legal experience as an associate at a full service firm dedicated to family law.   Joni is originally from Grant County and currently resides in Hamilton County with her husband and daughter.
